Payroll Software Philippines

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026. These are beta terms and require Philippine legal review before production payroll processing.

Beta service and customer responsibilities

The calculators, audit tools and guided pilot assist payroll teams but do not replace the employer's legal, tax or accounting responsibilities. Customers remain responsible for accurate source data, employee classifications, approvals, government filings and independent review of payroll before payment during the beta.

Security, acceptable use and availability

Users must protect credentials, use MFA where required, grant access only to authorized personnel and must not upload data they are not authorized to process. We may suspend access for security, abuse or legal reasons. Beta availability and features may change.

Data protection and confidentiality

Production payroll customers should execute a Data Processing Agreement defining the parties' privacy roles, subprocessors, security controls, incident obligations and deletion/return requirements.

Commercial and legal terms

Final payment terms, warranties, liability limits, termination provisions, governing law, dispute process and legal entity details must be completed before paid production payroll service begins.
