Built around Philippine payroll workflows—not generic global payroll.

A controlled payroll workflow, without replacing everything

Keep Excel and the tools your team already knows. Add a governed layer for validation, calculation, review, and approval—without a disruptive HR transformation.

Start with your Excel file

Upload CSV or XLSX, map columns once, and reuse the setup next cutoff instead of manually transferring data into another system.

Compare before you switch

Run Parallel Payroll beside your existing process. We calculate independently and show only the employees and amounts that differ.

Approve with context

See exactly what changed, why net pay moved, which statutory rule was used, and who approved the final payroll version.

From source files to approved payroll in three controlled steps

A structured rollout for finance and HR teams that need stronger payroll controls without a long implementation.

1

Upload your current payroll data

Bring employee, salary, DTR and existing payroll values from Excel/XLSX. The system validates missing and unusual fields before calculation.

2

Calculate and investigate differences

Run deterministic SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR calculations, then review employee-level variances and anomaly checks.

3

Lock the approved version

Keep a reproducible snapshot of the payroll, ruleset and approvals so changes never disappear inside a spreadsheet overwrite.

Payroll-first HRIS, with talent tools when you need them

Employee records, leave, timekeeping, payroll and payslips remain the core. Recruitment, performance and learning now connect to the same employee record when you need them—without forcing an enterprise-sized implementation.

Every payroll result should be explainable

Calculations remain deterministic and versioned. Explanations surface the inputs, rule logic, and variance behind each result so reviewers can make an informed decision.

Lower overtime-₱412

Rules stay traceable

Every result can retain the compensation basis, contribution basis, employee and employer share, withholding inputs, and ruleset version used for that cutoff.

Versioned statutory rules, with impact visible before release

Contribution tables, withholding logic, 13th-month rules, and holiday premiums live in a versioned rule engine. Effective dates are explicit, and every payroll run records the ruleset that produced it.

SSS

Always verify remittances against the agencies. Rates shown are the ones this engine applies; your payroll reviewer signs them off before production.

Ruleset trace

Every approved cutoff is stamped with the ruleset that produced it, so a payroll from March can be re-explained in November without guesswork.

Active ruleset

Reviewed against published SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR schedules.

When a rate changes mid-year, affected employees and the peso impact are shown before the cutoff runs.

Common implementation questions

Can we keep using Excel?

Yes. Excel/XLSX onboarding is central to the product. The goal is to improve the payroll workflow you already have before asking you to replace other HR systems.

Does it support SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR?

The current engine and calculators include these Philippine statutory areas. Production payroll still requires final professional validation of edge cases and official output formats before the product becomes your sole payroll system of record.

Is this HRIS software too?

Yes. Payroll still comes first, but the Full People Suite now also includes recruitment/ATS, performance goals and reviews, and learning/LMS connected to the same employee record.

Can accountants manage multiple clients?

That is a core product direction. Multi-company switching, saved import mappings, approvals, white-label outputs and a cutoff dashboard are designed around accountants and bookkeepers.

Validate your current payroll before you migrate

Run a parallel payroll, review employee-level variances, and evaluate the workflow against your current process before making a migration decision.
