Payroll Software Philippines

Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 10, 2026. This is a launch-ready draft that must be completed with the legal entity, address and privacy contact before production payroll data is accepted.

What we collect and why

For the public site and beta waitlist, we may collect contact details, company information and product-interest data to respond to requests and operate the beta. If an employer activates the payroll service, the service may process employee identity, employment, attendance, compensation, tax and statutory information on the employer's instructions.

Roles, sharing and retention

Employer customers generally determine why their workforce data is processed; our contractual role and responsibilities should be documented in a Data Processing Agreement. We only use subprocessors needed to provide hosting, authentication, email, security, support and related services. Retention periods must be configured to legal, contractual and operational requirements rather than keeping payroll data indefinitely.

Security and rights

Production controls are designed around tenant isolation, access controls, MFA for privileged actions, encryption, audit logs, backups and incident response. Data subjects may have rights of access, correction, objection, erasure/blocking and other rights under applicable Philippine privacy law, subject to legal limitations.
